SAS has been taught as one of the programming tools to analyze data and draw statistical inferences. We then further applied SAS in multivariate analysis. I have submitted 2 assignments in SAS. The Recipes’ Score assignment is delivered in report format, relevant SAS codes are listed in the appendix of the report. The Drug Bank assignment is delivered in Q & A format, relevant SAS codes for each questions are comprised as part of the corresponding answers. Recipes’ Score - use SAS basic statistical, data manipulation and visualization procedures to analyze the ratings of recipes from some data files originated from food.com.
Drug Bank - perform PCA (Principal Component Analysis) and Discriminant Analysis to identify which molecular component(s) are effective in summarizing the drug data retrieved from DrugBank 3.0.
